Refunds & Cancellation

Yalla Fakker sells digital credits used to play games. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, special rules apply to refunds and cancellation. This policy explains them and never limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Purchases are sold by Lemon Squeezy acting as our Merchant of Record, so payments and any refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Your right to cancel (EU/EEA and UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, by buying credits and using them, you ask us to supply the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied. This is the standard waiver for digital goods.
If you have purchased credits but have not used any of them, you may still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
Used credits
Credits that have already been used to start or play games are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where the Service did not work as described.
If something went wrong
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the Service was faulty, contact us and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate. These statutory rights are not affected by anything else in this policy.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.
